well here goes my first CC post. i am very new to photography and haven't the slightest idea as to what i am doing. i finally invested in a Canon T3i, before it was all p&s cameras. i haven't had a chance to get out and use my new camera much yet cause the weather's been pretty horrible so i figured i would post some of my p&s work and see what you guys think. i'm here to learn and hopefully gain some knowledge about my new hobby.

Too many to C&C, but you're doing very well for not knowing anything. :)

If you're looking for detailed CC, 2, 3 at most is best. Numbering your shots also makes it much easier to keep track of them.

CC as requested:

1-2: Standard snapshot/for sale look - what were you trying to show?
3. The angle feels off on this, like both the camera and gun are tilted.
4. The top of one of the bullets is chopped off and there is only a small chunk of the fifth clip showing. Leaving out the last clip or using a wider angle would strengthen the image.
5. I really like this one.
6. Can't quite tell, but it looks like the very corner of the butt is chopped off.
7. My favorite of the group. Smith & Wesson?

This is my amateur $0.02, so take this with a grain of salt. These look pretty good for a P&S; what camera did you use?

1-2, i was trying to play with the colored light, not really sure what else i was shooting for
i used a panasonic lumix, and it the revolver is a rohm gmbh sontheim brenz 22, they've been outta business for quite some time now, i just inherited it from my granda, he bought it back in 1972.
thanks for the critique

For P&S photos done by someone who doesn't know much, these are pretty good! Not a big fan of the first two, but the rest are definitely going in the right direction!
