Too tight of a crop on pic 1 - Cut off the top of his head

1. awful. out of focus, head cut off, boring. so bad i do not feel like using caps.

2.bad lighting.black detail-free hair, dim eyes, dull B&W look...the sort of lightened-up "mirror image" type secondary image gives it at least some redeeming value. what are you striving for on these selfies, er111a? as u know, i am one of your bigger supporters here on tpf, but these shots...ehhh...no caps...

The execution and processing of #1 is somewhat poor. I think you could have had a better expression on your face IMO. You retained detail in the areas that count which is good (hair, skin, etc).

I do like the direction that #2 goes in. But it's soft, and there's no detail in your hair. Keep it up though, you ARE improving Er111111111a.
