Changing ISO vs Changing Film

That's right, it is not hard. I used to do it a lot when shooting reversal film, switching speeds and daylight-tungsten. You simply write the number of frames taken on the film leader.

As cheap as some film SLR bodies are now, you might as well just carry some extra loaded bodies. I picked up a Maxxum StSi cheaply a couple weeks ago just to get the lens that was on it, and use it to carry color film when I'm shooting BW with the Maxxum 8000i.
