The first 2 are a little dark to me, but the sky looks pretty neat, especially in the second one. Other than that, the noise level is kind of high in the second one as well. You can clean that up fairly easy in PS.

I actually prefer the third one. I think the black and white tones are pretty good. But it might be lacking a central object of interest that draws the eye (same with the first 2 as well).
