Not really what I would think of as a 'headshot' but it's a very striking and dramatic image. My only thought is that I would like to see just a little (not much, but a little) detail in the eye socket and toward the bridge of the nose.

I really like this, and (I hope this isn't taken as an insult), but it really reminds me of the character from the movie Sin City, played by Micky Rouke(sp?) I believe. The unstoppable hardcase.

Parkinson's is a nasty disease. Unlike Alzheimer's, you've got your mind, but lacking body control. I think you've caught the essence of the darkness one feels. My grandfather suffered from it.

My nit is to clean up the top of the frame. Obviously, that is not his hair.
