The guy in the middle looks like he was photo shopped in too me... At least his face does. I like the shot other than that.

I agree. There is a halo around the center guy. And the focus on him is very soft.
Looks like you were using 3 lights...left, right and center? That could be what's causing the halo look. The side lights cast on his shirt, but the front light is eliminating any shadows.
