Welcome to the forum! There's sort of a 1940s tone to the image; you might consider cropping off a bit on the LH side to focus more on the child.

As tierdiron said, good concept, girl looks cute, picture looks like shot on film with not the greatest development. Highlights are bit washed out, only face is OK.
