I find the grey-tones in the car on the quarter panel, door, b-pillar, and roof to be distracting, more than any other issue with focus or the presence of the hydrant. Normally on a highlight-color image like this I would expect the whole subject to be in-color, or at least parts of the subject that I know should be of the same color to be in-color, but in this particular case portions of the car are distracting me from appreciating the image as a whole.
