Awesome! But you should touch up the collar to join the two together. The neck/collar shadow should blend as well.

Kinda curious which it was...

...There aren't many digital bodies that can do in camera multiple exposure...

I read an article within the last year about this technique. It may have been in Rangefinder mag and I think Steve Martin was one of the subjects.

Not bad, better than I could, but your lighting is off IMO and there is too much separation between the images. The idea, in my mind, is to capture the schizophrenia. They are closely tied in the same person. The rearward image should be coming out from the ear of the foreward image.

im definatly thinking of trying this again. i think with more practice and refinement i could improve this idea a lot.
