2 & 3 are to dark and out of focus. Are you using a macro lens?

I am just curious to know how you decide whether a paritular image is out of focus or not?
I am sure i need to go through the basics

And i didn't use Macro Lens for the close shots.

Well, if something is blurry or not sharp, it is out of focus.

They look to be out of focus and shot on a high ISO, you will need better lighting for crisper shots.
