I agree, I'm really not getting anything from this shot. Its too dark and the only thing that I can make out, and really, I had to guess what it even was, was the lit branches...

The funny thing is the parts you don't like are the parts I like. But then again, I really like abstract photography.

The light is coming from a street light that orange....

Likely making them low pressure sodium vapor type lights.
