Colourful Birds

Hi All

Here are the first few pics from my trip to Australia. Due to computer problems I am way behind on processing these.

These were all taken at the Mebourne zoo with a Canon Rebel Xt, 70-200 f4 L + Canon 1.4x TC, on a tripod.

Gah, one of the few bird species where the female is more colorful (the red and purple bird). The Eclectus Parrot. So pretty!

LaFoto, I only sharpened a bit after converting to jpg and resizing for web on all of these. I am very happy with the lense, to say the least!
