Compress movie

I got a couple short clips on my 60D this weekend and they're like 330mb which is insane for how poor they are in quality mainly due to lighting. Anyway how can I compress them into something more like 10-20mb?

I tried the Miro converter. Its very straight forward ! I use it to make my videos available on the Apple TV.

use a editing program like "windows movie maker" and save the clips at a low quality. when you do that you can save a lot of space but you also lose a bit of quality.

HD footage doesn't discriminate against against lighting and quality. Expect big files.

Adobe Media Encoder does a great job converting into almost any file format and compression.
