Convict Lake

A few winter shots from Convict lake in the eastern sierras. Tried my hand at star shots too, but left the shutter open a bit long and got some streaking. Didn't have much time before the sun came up. I'll try again next time I am up there.

I like. the first ones. the last, seems a bit flat in the mountains. Still nice, just not as good as the others.

Aaarrgghhh... desolation wilderness... One day ill make it back up there 2, 3 are nice. 1 seems soft. Did you go anywhere else up there?

Yea I used topaz denoise for the first one. Not much experience with the high ISO shots so may have tried to reduce too much noise.

Did you go anywhere else up there?

I also checked out Mono, June, Silver, Twin and Alkali lakes all around the general area. I'll post the ones from Alkali tomorrow.
