These are just a couple shots I took in Costa Rica with my previous GE Superzoom camera I had at the time. Just thought I'd share them with you guys.

Let me know what you think. Based on these, any constructive criticisms for the future?
Thanks for looking.

What?? No crocodiles or butterflies?? lol

I loved our short visit to Costa Rica 9 years ago. I have a guy I worked with for 25 years that recently moved down there so now I have a connection that's not all touristy.

There's one from crocodile bridge haha. No butterflies though, wasn't fast enough with my camera.
That's really awesome! I was down there last January doing research on Heliconia plants at Cloudbridge Nature Reserve, but then we went to Dominical and then La Fortuna. It was so much fun and I can't wait to go back some day.

I saw the Tarcoles Bridge (the last photo), so technically, there ARE crocs there (they are just obscured by the bridge!)... Where is the next to last waterfall? Arenal? Costa Rica is just plain awesome for photography... there is just SOOOO much to shoot! I have the great opportunity of living here since 2009, and it's just been awesome! Too bad I have to leavy in February!

Then again, I am moving to Panama, so the scenery is not THAT much different! Still plenty of interesting places to shoot nature, and a bit more of skyscrapers and man-made things (say, for example, the Panama Canal) to shoot.

You are correct, it is in Arenal. It's the La Fortuna waterfall.

That's so cool! I could hardly imagine the awesomeness of living there haha. It's just so wonderful. When I went, everyone was so nice, the scenery was gorgeous, and I loved the food and the culture. :D

Oh wow! These are exquisite. Thank you so much for sharing them.
