Couple photo shoots, need input!

Hey so i did a couple of photo shoots and i would like to know what everyone thinks!! thanks so much!!

1. Bad composition
2. Ring not focused
Almost all have bad exposure, harsh shadows, hot spot, and not a fan of the vignetting.

Well, they're a start; I think there's room for improvement though. A few thoughts:

1. I'm glad that pole and wire was there to hold him up, otherwise he might have fallen over! (Watch for things like that in the background!)

2. Missed focus on the ring, distracting background. Ring is lost in the image.

3. Under-exposed; fill light was needed low camera right.

4. As per 3

5. Exposure ruined by bright area in window. Image needs to be leveled and squared.

6. As per 5; a reflector lower camera right would have saved this shot.

7. Cute pose.

8. Blown highlights and less than ideal background.

Overall, they're decent shots, and all would be improved by removing the vignettes. Remember the basics and concentrate on exposure and background. If you want the most effective critique, limit your post to a maximum of four images and remember to number them.

This composition makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!

I would definitely ease up on the heavy,dark vignetting that your photos in this post exhibit.
