Soft I know, but she was ~300yds and all I had was the 100-400mm so this is highly cropped. She was not moving very slowly either. Just glad to get the shot!

Nice to get one with a camera during the day. I only see them occasionally about every 2-3 months passing by a trail camera I have out in the back field. I hear them in the spring but rarely see them.

Good job getting a photo of on, it is not easy!
I have been wanting to get a photo of one. We have lots around, but when I do see them, they are moving like lightning!
And there is a hunt\farmer that has been killing coyotes, and is hanging the carcuses on the closest fence, until they rot off!!! I don't know why he is doing this, it makes me really mad!!!

Sometimes you just have to tell yourself "It's this or nothing" Sure it may not be National Geographic material, but it's sure better then any coyote shots I've ever gotten, which is zero BTW.
