Decided to gamble and drive up to Sugar Hill, NH on Saturday for sunset. Looking at the weather I knew that if the clouds broke the sunset would be insane, but the light was ridiculous for about 20 minutes. This hasn't been the best year for Lupines around here, usually these fields are completely full but it's still a beautiful area to explore.
This was a super difficult scene to shoot, and I had to shoot at iso800 because there was a slight breeze and using a longer shutter speed just wasn't an option. This was 2 shots, one focused and exposed for the foreground lupines and another focused on the mountains and underexposed 2 stops.
Thanks for looking!
