Crazy Sky!

While I was sitting here typing in my usual morning comments on much of what has been new on here over night (my night, that is), I suddenly saw this strange golden glow outside.

We had a CRAZY sky right then: pics from 10 minutes ago outside my husband's study window in first floor facing east (many will know the view by now)

1. It was raining...

2. ...yet the sun tried to rise...

3. ...creating a VERY gold sky between the two houses of those neighbours...

4. ... but more clouds pushed in ...

5. ... blocking the sun's early light

Well, the MOST up-to-date weather report says: the sun has won !
