Critique please !

Hello everyone,

I am a 23 year old photographer looking for some critique of my work. I am unsure of how to describe my photos as I take portraits of friends or people whom I admire but there is always a fashion element to them. Any insight from you guys then please let me hear it! My blog is a diary which I find personally more successful, my website is an overview of my work. None of it is commercial or editorial, it's all organised by myself.

Your traditional work is fairly decent. I am not a fan of the less conservative images, they appear a little "odd for the sake of being odd".
