Thank you Corinna - my day is now complete For those who don't know Tempra referred to a much-parodied UK TV advert for Hovis bread, that featured a small boy pushing a shop delivery bicycle up a steep hill with a voice-over and Dvorak's music!

A bit more research reveals that it was made in 1974 - probably why not many people would use that comment!
