A new camera isn't going to get you better pictures.

Pay attention to how light affects things. Why is #8 the best? Because of this:

they all have nice composition and potentials,lighting needs work i guess,stuck there myself.

Why does every body think that a "better" digital camera when they are learning will make them a "better" photographer? If you really want to learn how to take good pictures, IMO, a film camera would be a better starting point. Learn the basics of photography first without putting a lot of money on the line.
