Throwing up someone's flowing gown in the back can have a gorgeous effect. However, you can only achieve the desired effect if you also include some wind and motion in the hair. I'd like to break this down for you.
Wind in hair + wind/motion in the gown= beautiful shot on a "windy day"
Motion in gown - motion in hair=I think your subject just did something very unladylike. Yes, we know it happens excessively during pregnancy, but most of us would rather forget that.
