I think you overdid the softening of the skin on the first... don't go overboard, although it is tempting sometimes

I agree. The skin looks kind of...smudged.

Would you mind posting the unedited one?

I dont know if my work monitor is configured right, but #1 doesnt look natural at all. Looks like you attempted to airbrush? I like #2 though.

I like the composition on number 1, and the moment you captured, but it does look a bit over-processed. I'm not sure if you intended the third one to have the shadows that are on it. I'm not really a fan of it, though, for that reason.
