striking colors, very nice! I kinda wish there was some foreground material, as 'sky/sillhouetted trees only' is becoming cliche. So I like the first one better, because of the composition of the sky and trees.

Thanks. The second image is just a pull from the first one. It reminded me of a face? Almost looks like it could of had horns. I just used the little bit of fg for comparison purposes to the first photo.

Do you know WHAT really made the clouds differ so much from the rest in that area of the sky? Was there a fire going on somewhere in the distance?
