My wife made me a steak only once in our 11 years of marriage. I told her she is not allowed to touch a steak ever again! I consider it a sin to ruin a good steak by cooking it in a pan of water so it "doesn't burn".

We've been enjoying nice charcoal grilled steaks from our home grown beef ever since.

its commonly done by people who dont have barbeques.. like myself... i do hate it, and would much rather it be on the BBQ.. but, I dont have one and i live in an apartment building... it somewhat satisfy's my need for a hunk of meat, but, i do enjoy it when our church has BBQ's!!
