Those fun puffy mushrooms!

rooster tails from two motorcycles speeding away in different directions.

Broken sewer pipe?

That there is the mating call of the South American double rectumed farting beetle. The beetle is undoubtedly just out of frame to the top of he photo.

What one is doing so far north is beyond me!

Dust in the wind? I hear a song coming on...

I'm not saying it is, but it looks like something we've been finding in our yard for the last week - pieces of yellow fiberglass insulation. Of course ours is from damage caused by some serious tornados that ripped through town a week ago and created a lot of damage. We weren't in the damaged zone, but we're stuff that was carried by the storms from the damaged areas.

Well folks, the first respondent, Miss Cream got it but did not properly identify it. It is an edible fungus that growes in the fall as a white globe to about the size of a soccer ball we know as a puffball. As they age past editable they turn green to brown inside & dry up & become dusty inside an outer skin. This is one that remained over the winter & was just kicked by my wife.

I used to love playing with those when I was little :)

Honestly if I found one today I would bust it open lol
