Do you take your camera everywhere?

I'm a field service tech and even though mid day light is poor for taking photos, I take it to work every day. You never know what you might come across and I have stopped to shoot things on my way home.

I take mine with me I am on the road a lot and don't want to miss that Nikon moment. The funny thing is I saw something unbelievable and was so shocked I forgot I had the camera with me.

My D80 is mine. I've been down twice, and both times I checked the camera before I checked the bike or any broken, bleeding body parts.

My lil sony point and shoot goes with me. My D80 stays by my night stand when not in use. Since I have two very small children I do not like taking it everywhere.
