Do you think insurance covers this?

Hanging out 70 odd meters above the ground on a 9mm thick rope 100km from the nearest hospital

No, I know for a fact that my insurance does not cover that, however I do enjoy a good climb and or repel...out of curiosity why is the rope wrapped around your leg, that seems more dangerous than hanging out there.

My Insurance covers that sort of thing. But I have insurance for being a total badass.

It's a steeper premium.

Think mine covers it... I hope because the kit does this a lot. Rapping the rope around your leg a few times is a nice quick way to lock off. Esp when repeling on an atc.

Just wish I could get paid to shoot more often in these locations instead of all the same old stuff.

Either way, the insurance probably want some kind of proof of lose. So someone's gonna get down there and pick up the pieces!

Well going down is the reason for repeling. I'll up at the bottom its a fun wet trip to get out. Including another repel down a 15m waterfall.

Well I should really check with my insurance because this is what the camera went down 1 hour later, the bag was attatched to the rope and slid down like arial runway to get to the other side of the water.
