Does anyone have these triggers? ۞۞iSHOOT PT-04 A Wireless Flash Trigger+③Receiver►DSLR | eBay

Any comments / concerns / feedback?

Also, this would be my first set of triggers so apologies for the stupid question, but are the included sync adapters ONLY for firing studio strobes? Meaning, are speedlights fired via the hotshoe and don't need a sync cable?

I'd rather get a pair of Cactus triggers for that money. At least I'd be confident that they work. I haven't heard of iShoot, and don't know of any that use them. I certainly could be wrong, and perhaps a lot of people use them. I've never heard of them though.
