Ok I have a question cause my opinion matters to this person.


So my friend was getting ready to go to an event and put her Rebel xti that's 3 yrs old onto her dinning table. Well she was watching her 3 yrs old neice. She pulled the camera off the table. It fell to the floor and it now no longer works. She is taking her 3yr old neice to court to pay for said camera.
The question is that she drops her camera at least 2 times monthly and takes it in the rain ect.
Do you really think this one time fall cause the camera to break or was it years of abuse?

It is time to dump this "friend" and with great fanfare. I would throw a party with all your mutual friends. When the party is slowing, getting boring and things are very quiet I would say. "Ya know Suzi I have been thinking. I never want to see you again. You are a cut throat, cold and lifeless self centered witch that I can't trust at all. You're a long way from correct if you think that ludicrous court cases only get filed in America.

However, I agree with the sentiments in this thread.

I'd punch your friend in the face, even if she is a chick. She deserves to be hit for being so ****ing dumb.

I think that YOU should be testifying in court and telling the court that she has abused the camera regularly and that she's unjustly "trying" a ****ING THREE YEAR OLD. I'd also recommend vacuuming her ovaries out so she never has kids, or else she might try and sue them as well.

BTW, it's not even her moms fault. She really has no case. She set it in a precarious position while a CHILD was around. What did she expect? Gravity not to work when her camera slid of the table?

The key to this whole thing is the fact that your friend was "Watching" her niece. If she was the supervising adult then she should sue herself. Shes the dummy that apparently wasn't watching the child enough. What if she pulled a hot pot of food off of the table instead, right onto her face? I think the judge is going to laugh at her and most likely scold her.
