I think it says on Cannon's website that the XTi can take at least three falls a month. It is totally the 3 year olds fault. Sue away. Should make for some good family reunions.

I just don't understand what her grounds would be. As someone else mentioned, if she was watching her niece then she would be responsible for her direct actions. To get the blame off of her (your friend), she would have to extend it to something like the niece's upbringing.
