Some dogwoods are starting to bloom near Fern Spring in Yosemite. Here are some shots after sunset and in the early morning a few days ago. Thanks for looking.

interesting. Love the soft background, nice form. I think a little more light on the dogwood would have made this pop.
 
I agree with Trever. It looks a bit underexposed. But nice.
 
Jet, what were your camera settings for #2? Well done
 
The soft background is incredible....what setting/processing do you use to get that effect?
 
I was there this weekend and spent a lot of time shooting around that bridge as well, perhaps we ran into each other. The dogwoods sure were beautiful.

I like your choice of comp for #2 best of the set. However I think getting closer would have helped the image.
 
Trever1t pretty much nailed it. Picture #1 is the best of the set, yet way under exposed, loosing detail just about everywhere.
