If you added highlights to the face, I would recommend doing the same to her arm/shoulder closest to the camer. Perhaps it's just her makeup, but the skin and light quality on her face doesn't match up to me, making her face look a little too obviously retouched.

I actually added more highlights to her arm that I did to her face, haha. It may have had something to do with the way the reflector was hitting her.
