Everyone has their own tastes and different workflows, but for me if I have to spend more than a few minutes doing cc on a photo, whether it's of wildlife, landscape, astro, sports or even of my son I just leave it on the cutting room floor. When I first started out in photography the biggest adjustment was letting go, sometimes you just have to admit it's a non-starter and learn from it for future attempts. I know it's helped me a lot.
