They have had my camera for 5 weeks now.

How long did they say it would take?

4 weeks.

So I call them and what do they say?

"Oh, it wil take 6 to 8 weeks."

AAAAAaAaaHHHHHHHHH!

what type of camera and what happened. Man every ritz I've been into I've left with a bad stomach ache telling me that they have no idea what they are doing. I had to interupt a sales man making a sale the last time i was in one because he was telling a customer that his generic lens would work the same on a Nikon SLR as a dedicated Nikon lens would. I am also usually greeted with rudeness and bad service when using them... PLUS THEY STOPPED CARRING MEDIUM FORMAT FILM IN MY AREA!!

Anyhoo...sorry for the misfortune dude. I'm sure it's pretty painful to not have it handy. Good luck!!

So I looked at the paper work.

I took it in on April 17 so I should hear something soon.

Like "oh, it will take 6 months."

I just got a call from Ritz and they have my camera. The Dude said it looks like they just gave me a new one. They could have done that in the first place and saved me 7 weeks.
