@snowbear reported that he was able to see the image when he opened edit mode on the message, so I checked and sure enough, there was your image. I got the link to your image and tried this same method in the OP of this thread. As you can see, it worked for me.

Could you try to embed this image in this thread as another data point to try to pinpoint where the issue may lie?
