I had not heard the name "Tortie", so I looked it up.

So there is apparently a Tortie sub-variety of Ragdoll, which I had not heard of before.

Still looks like a seal point to me.

I asked the breeder. She's a seal tortie point. Not mitted
The gloves that you see are the red still not developed.
The kitten is avaible for sale I think, also international sale. If you're interested I can give you the url of the breeder via private message.
