Exporting Question???? Need Advise

One possibility I just noticed. In Ps Color Settings>Working Spaces>sRGB IEC61966-2.1

For what it's worth, I think I found where this setting came from. When setting up soft proofing for Nations ICC profile, their instructions specifically state:

• In the Working Spaces area beside the RGB option, please click on the drop down menu.
• Set the RGB to sRGB IEC61966-2.1.
