Fall Pics - C&C Welcome

Went up the canyon and took some pics of me and the Mrs. In particular could I please get some advice on composition.

They look nice. On the second you could use a little separation between the subject and the tree.

Compositions aren't bad; in #1 you have a tree growing out of your head, and in #2, as mentioned, the tree is rather close to the subject. Good positioning and use of the bridge rails as leading lines in #3.

I'd say, #2 is the best, but I have to agree that separating her from the tree would have made the photo way better. The contrast between them and the foliage pop them from the scenario. And I also like the third one with the bridge leading the eyes to them, but I think you could've used the bridge for some other poses that could've given some great shots too.

#1 I understand your reason to include the foliage to the right, but IMO, just go ahead and crop to vertical format on this one, centering the couple.
#2 Watch your background elements while you are taking the photograph. Now since the tree is there, and if this shot is something that you want to try to make better, I suggest a severe portrait crop from about her waist on up to portrait format.
#3 Composition here is very good. Now you have a reason for horizontal format, and the railings frame the couple very nicely. Congratulations!

no 3 is great compo using the line of bridge, and would be perfect is you put the background in blur ( bokeh ).
