Family Pictures

A friend of mine that is also a photographer needed her family portraits taken. Here are some of the results.

1. This one even though you cant see all their faces I just absolutely love. I think it shows a lot of "love" in the family and her kids were just absolutely adorable.

2. This one I have seen done before and figured I would give it a try. I did notice a little scar that I missed on the oldest boys cheek which will get corrected.

3. This one was just fun to do. The 2 youngest boys really wanted to be in the crate. I do notice I should have had the boy on the right sit up taller and fix his arms as well with his head tilted down. I have other shots where he is perfect but then the other crew isnt. But. Kids will be kids! Still a cute shot I think.

great concept and good compositions for sure, details lost in the shadows and your signature is overpowering.

Thank you- The signature is just for Facebook postings, I tend to post a couple sneak peaks. They arent actually on the image when ordered or anything. As far as detail in the shadows- is that just for the black background? or all images. I do see how it looks underexposed and will have that corrected.

The logo drew my attention first. The font looks a little gothic to be used for a business named "Tranquil Dragonfly Photography".

Good composition but, as others have stated, they appear underexposed. #3 is your best images as they are all looking at the camera.

The font does look a little gothic, but after looking at them a second time.. The two kids in a box also seems a little strange, too.

First thing I thought of when I saw the crate photo was coffin.....

First one is cute, but I found myself searching for a newborn or something since they all seem to be looking at something but nothing is there? lol

Nobody said anything about the the focus, so I will add that...

Focus is a bit soft.
