Fastest lens point and shoot under $200

I recently saw that the Sony cyber shot wx50 has a 2.5 lens, if I remember correctly. Are there other (or better) P+S cameras for under $200 with an F2something lens for under $200? I'm guessing also that they would most likely have a 5x zoom lens on them if there are?
