I think I like this. I say think because either I see the small version or it expands to the large when clicked on it so I am not really viewing it as the size it is meant to be seen except for scrolling. And I didn't save it to look at it in a normal view. lol
processing and textures I like, the setting I like it is like a exceptional candid. The acts of the subjects (or lack of) sets a certain mood of a everyday hum drum which I find kind of interesting in actuality. I like the depth of the photo and colors. Just seems like it was shot really well for a snapshot candid..

there does seem to be a little blotch of reflection one wrong on the side of her face. maybe a relook at it could be warranted for you.

it isn't real clear but you can see the dirt on the floor, a tracked in leaf. I might just be partial as I like authentic type photos.

I'm with tireiron ... I like it but the table is questionable (not like you could do anything about the table). I don't like the windows ... I'd crop as much of the windows as I can. Which creates a problem with the angle of your perspective ... where the window meets the siding the angle know become more evident.

It was Ricoh GR.
I could not decide between colour and B&W and ended up with a desaturated image with added tonal contrast. I think it reflects the mood.
I took it basically because I liked the geometry of his posture. I have cropped half of the window already, cropping it further, as you said, makes it too exaggerated, almost caricature.
I too do not like the table, but convinced myself that it balances the perspective somehow

Darkened the window and cropped it a bit more. Much cleaner now:

The table ruins the shot for me. It completely pulls my attention from the subjects.
