You can remove the guy in the background in PS. I used the lasso tool, I only spent a few minutes on this, so it could be much better!

I just lassoed one part of the man at a time, selecting between the bars of the fence. Then move your shape of "marching ants" to a piece of background that will match, copy the selected area to a new layer, then move the lay over the area you are replacing. You can then blend the edges with a soft eraser tool.
I hope that makes sense to you, if not let me know.
If anyone else out there has a easier way to do this please say so.
