You should choose some of your pictures that are similar to what you'll be taking at the shoot and post them up here. Most people won't click the link, too much work lol

I took the bait and clicked the link, Facebook pages always get me... Sorry to say there is not one picture I could find that I liked, they are all WAY WAY WAY (can't stress that enough) over processed. 90% of them are also out of focus or softened in post for some reason. There are limbs and parts of bodies cut of in almost all of them as well.

This was sugar coated because you are only a teenager.

Okay, keep shooting :) Just tone down the processing by about a million.

i will post pictures of the shoot 6 :)

ya i agree with MC, super over processed, that looks "cool" for your artsy photos that dont have people in them. but the portraits are a little hard on my eyes. not to mention the laying down thing in the woods is just plain uncomfortable looking (i used to live in the woods so i know). compositionally i was having trouble as well as the out of focus thing. just keep at it and it will improve but it certainly doesn't hurt to do a little reading up on some of these things. this forum is a wealth of information as well. may i suggest setting up a shoot, and posting some of the photos pre-photoshopped for C&C. this can be most helpful as you learn how to be a better photographer

oh.. and you dont necessarily need a "pro" camera to take pro shots. learn with what you have, assuming its an dslr, even entry level cameras in the right hands can produce far better images than the guy that thinks a 6k camera will somehow cure their crappy eyesight. :) and good luck!

Hey hey, just cause she's not a pro like you MC, doesn't mean you have to say all of that.....:

Yeah FB is a horrible place to post photos because it degrade the quality pretty bad. Try flickr, it's better IMO.

I agreed with MC though, but at least you're shooting and learning.
