Firmware update for D200

After seeing the D300 had a firmware update come out I checked for D200 updates and it turns out there is an update. After reading what the update is I am not sure if I really need it. Has anyone here updated their D200? If so what does it do?

There was only one update ever put out for the D200... and mine came with it already installed from Nikon.

Go to the update site, see how to verify and if yours doesn't have it installed, do so.

The fact that the D200 had only 1 update is a testament to it's stability and basic good design. My E8800 had over 4 updates, all minor, but still.
