C&C per req: To be honest this doesn't do a lot for me. There's no discernable main subject, and the under-exposure means that we can't see a lot of detail in the lower bridge area. I think this would be ideally suited for HDR processing.

I like the structure and the light. What I don't like is that it gets entagled against a busy natural background. I bet if you had gotten much lower to the ground, you would have more of the structure silhouetted against the sky and it would make more sense.
