First Fall

With the weather being just amazing here in Toronto over the weekend, I got out a lot. Saturday I went for a bike ride and stopped by the creek, for a snack, when I saw this leaf by itself. Could not resist snapping a shot of it.

that has to be the best shot for fall i have seen this year....and how in the heck you capture something like that, i will never know.... if i tried, the silly leaf would have been half way down the falls by the time i got the camera outta the case...!

I agree with aprilraven, that is really one of the best fall shots I've seen. It is perfect ... you see the image and immediately the word "fall" springs in your mind ... cool!

This is a photo to instantly fall (!) in love with. It is so perfect, I wonder how you could get the exposure on the leaf so right and still have the shutter open for so long as to make the water rushing and blurry with motion!?!?!?
