maybe back off saturation/luminosity & strength a bit- also work with micro-contrast. Don't mess with white and black levels right off.

Looks fuzzy use auto-align if you haven't. Maybe have focus issues?

did you go to the hdr thing at the top again and go to tone mapping?

i know before you do that the pics always look like that.

That is my self-same thought, too, osirus: the tone-mapping step was skipped here. Photomatix produced the merge of the three exposures and then you, domromer, left it at that. But that is one step too short in the process. You have to further work on the merged exposures by using the "tone mapping" in the HDR drop-down menu ...
