First high school senior pictures

I got asked by a friend to take some pictures of her daughter. I keep telling her I don't take those type of photos but she was persistent. I'd much rather stick to wildlife subjects. Now the fun begins processing them.

Gotta be honest; they're fine, but not "you" fine... The highlights need to come down and fill is called for on the face.

Thanks John. I never use fill on my wildlife pictures so i got a lot to learn if I ever get asked again to do these type of pictures. Maybe when I show them to my friend they wont want them and I'll be off the hook.

Not SOOC. a few quick edits to show the family to see if it's worth doing some final editing

Unlikely; they're still head and shoulders above most of what I see on facebook, etc. I thought you used a Better Beamer or was that someone else?

I have the Magbeam that I use at night for owls shots. I did try to use fill flash on some put I guess I didn't use it properly. Maybe I should have asked her to run across the beach

I think with some Digital fill
light or dodging, you'll be able to make these quite good. Overall, not bad really. I have seen much worse, and it is clear that you used a good lens (or two), and these are technically relatively high-quality. as John stated, much better than much of what is on Facebook.
